05. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. In filing this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has sought for

a direction from this Court to the Divisional Forest Officer,

Berhampur Division, Berhampur/ Opposite Party No.2 for

renewing/revalidating the permission and property

hammer mark of M/s.Bishnupriya Timber Depot,

Purushottampur, Ganjam.

3. Heard.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that despite

acquittal of the Petitioner from the charges levelled against

him vide judgment dated 03.03.2025 passed in 2(b)CC

Case No.3/2010, T.R No.395/2024, no decision has been

taken on the application of the Petitioner for renewing/

revalidating the permission and property hammer mark of Designation: Personal Assistant Reason: Authentication Location: High Court of Orissa

M/s.Bishnupriya Timber Depot, Purushottampur, Ganjam

till today, which is stated to have been filed along with all

the required documents. He, accordingly, prays for

allowing the prayer made in this Writ Petition.

5. Considering the submission made on behalf of the

Petitioner, this Court directs the Divisional Forest Officer,

Berhampur Division, Berhampur to look into the grievance

of the Petitioner and take appropriate steps for renewing /

revalidating the permission and property hammer mark of

M/s. Bishnupriya Timber Depot, Purushottampur, Ganjam

as per law within a period one month from the date of

presentation of an authenticated copy of this order.

6. This Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
