01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. In filing this I.A, the Appellant has prayed for some more

time to file the receipt showing deposit of the entire awarded

amount before the learned Commissioner.

3. Heard.

4. Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that in the

meantime, the Appellant has already deposited the entire

awarded amount before the learned Commission.

5. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that

6. This I.A. is, accordingly, disposed of.

7. This FAO is directed against the judgment/award dated

31.05.2025 passed by the learned Commissioner for

Employees Compensation -cum- Joint Labour

Commissioner, Odisha, Bhubaneswar in E.C. Case No.45 of

2017.

8. Heard.

9. Admit.

10. Issue notice to the Respondents.

11. Let notice be issued to the Respondents by Speed Post

with A.D. making it returnable by 15th October, 2025.

Requisites for issuance of notice shall be filed within three

working days hence.

12. List this matter on 16th October, 2025.
