     01.     1.             This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Pursuant to the judgment dated 12th February, 2024 passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Nuapada in L.A.R. Case No. 30 of 2019 of Village-Haripur passed in a reference under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (in short 'the Act'), the Petitioner filed an application under Section 28-A of the Act on 2nd April, 2024 before the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Lower Indra Irrigation Project, Khariar which is still pending for consideration.

3. Mr. Swayambhu Mishra, learned Additional Standing Cousnel prays for an adjournment to take instruction with regard to current status of the application filed by the Petitioner under Section 28-A of the Act by the next date.

4. Put up on 11th September, 2025 along with W.P.(C) Nos. 22392, 22389, 22395, 22400, 22456 and 22468 of 2025.

5. Instructions, if any shall be obtained in the meantime.
