  01.     1.    This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This matter was not in today's cause list. On being moved by Mr. Bijaya Kumar Behera, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitting that writ petition involving similar facts and law is listed at Sl.No.17 of the today's cause list, this writ petition is taken on Special Notice.

3. Pursuant to the judgment dated 20th April, 2024 passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Nuapada in L.A.R. Case No. 33 of 2019 of Village-Haripur passed in a reference under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (in short 'the Act'), the Petitioner filed an application under Section 28-A of the Act on 1st June, 2024 before the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Lower Indra Irrigation Project, Khariar which is still pending for consideration.

4. Mr. Swayambhu Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel prays for an adjournment to take instruction with regard to current status of the application filed by the Petitioner under Section 28-A of the Act by the next date.

5. Put up on 11th September, 2025 along with W.P.(C) No. 22402 of 2025.

6. Instructions, if any shall be obtained in the meantime.
