This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. While preparing judgment in all these cases, it came to light that some of the posts against which the petitioners in the batch of writ applications are working do not appear to be sanctioned posts of OLIC in the regular cadre. Moreover, in a connected writ application being W.P.(C). No. 13030 of 2023, a coordinate Bench has passed an interim order permitting the process of the recruitment to continue with the rider that 8 posts shall not be filled

1|Page up without leave of this Court. The matter therefore needs to be heard again to remove the confusion.

3. List this matter on 21.08.2025 along with W.P.(C). No. 13030 of 2023.
