10. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Learned counsel for the State files an I.A. in Court today stating that the Writ Appeal filed against the judgment passed by this Court in the Writ Petition has not yet been listed despite several memos being filed. The Writ Appeal is expected to be listed shortly.

3. This Court observes that on previous occasions also time was granted on such submission being made on behalf of the opposite parties-Contemnors.

4. List this matter on 22.09.2025 for production of any order passed by the Division Bench of this Court or full compliance of the order passed by this Court.

5. A free copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsel for the State for compliance.
