   2.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Perused the kind minutes of the Hon'ble the Chief Justice at Flag-A assigning the matter to be listed before a Division Bench where Shri Justice K.R. Mohapatra is a Member. Accordingly, the RVWPET is listed before this Bench.

3. This RVWPET has been filed for review of the judgment dated 4th December, 2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.620 of 2018.

4. Ms. Pradhan, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the subject matter of dispute involved in this RVWPET has already undergone a change. Hence, no cause of action survives to pursue the RVWPET. As such, the RVWPET has become infructuous.

5. Accordingly, the RVWPET is disposed of as infructuous.
