05. 1. Heard Mr. G. Tripathy, learned Additional Government Advocate for State-Petitioner and Mr. T.K. Barik, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.
2. Upon hearing both parties and having gone through the impugned judgment, we see a prima facie case for granting leave in favour of the prosecution.
3. Leave to appeal is granted. Office is directed to register this as Govt. Criminal appeal.
4. Issue notice to the Opposite Parties/Respondents. Since Mr. T.K. Barik, learned counsel appears for the Opposite Parties/Respondents, no notice need be issued. Call for the scanned copies of record. Issue Non-bailable Warrant of Arrest against the Respondents - accused persons.
