04. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

2. It is stated by Mr. P.C. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner that the case of the Petitioner is covered by the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Orissa Public Service Commission and Another v. Rupashree Chowdhary and Another, reported in (2011) 8 SCC 108.

3. Learned counsel for the State sought for some time to examine such aspect.

4. Accordingly, list this case in the week commencing 21st April, 2025.
