01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. This CONTC arises out of the judgment/order dated

22.12.2023 passed in W.P.(C) No.7473 of 2023.

3. Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

4. At the outset, learned counsel for the Opposite

Parties/Contemnors, on instruction, submits that challenging

the judgment/order dated 22.12.2023 passed in the above

noted Writ Petition a Writ Appeal vide W.A. No.455 of 2025

has been preferred which is still pending before the Division

Bench of this Court.

5. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to

entertain the prayer made in this CONTC. However,

attempt for early disposal of the above noted Writ Appeal.

6. It is also made clear that if the Petitioner so desires, she

may prefer a CONTC after disposal of the said Writ Appeal.

7. This CONTC is, accordingly, disposed of being dropped.
