02. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. The Appellant, by filing this Appeal, has made a

prayer to set aside the judgment dated 10.01.2020, passed by

the learned Railway Claims Tribunal, Bhubaneswar Bench in

O.A(IIU) No.15 of 2017. He also sought for a direction from

this Court to the Respondent to award a sum of Rs.8,00,000/-

along with interest @ 12% per annum from the date of

application before the learned Tribunal till realization in

favour of the Appellant.

4. In such view of the matter, let notice be issued to the

Respondent.

5. Mr. Amit Kumar Saa, learned Central Government

Counsel waives of notice on behalf of the Respondent. He

submits that he has received the extra copy of the brief and

seeks two weeks time to obtain instruction in the matter.

6. List this matter on 21.04.2025.
