02. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. The Appellant has filed this appeal challenging the

order/judgment dated 24.06.2024 issued by the learned

Commissioner for Employees' Compensation-cum-

Divisional Commissioner, Puri in E.C. Case No.03 of

2023.

3. Heard.

4. In such view of the matter, let notice be issued to the

Respondent Nos.1 to 4 by Regd. Post with A.D./Speed

Post. Requisites shall be filed within three working days

hence.

5. List this matter on 29th April, 2025.

6. In the meantime, the Appellant is directed to deposit a

sum of Rs.7,90,726/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs Ninety

Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Six Only) in favour of

the Respondent No.2.

7. As an interim measure, it is directed that there shall not

be any coercive action against the Appellant pertaining to

the interest and penalty awarded in the order/judgment

dated 24.06.2024 issued by the learned Commissioner for

Employees' Compensation-cum-Divisional

Commissioner, Puri in E.C. Case No.03 of 2023 till the

next date of listing of this matter.
