01. 02.04.2025 This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

2. This matter being a Statutory Appeal under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, the Appeal is admitted.

3. Issue notice. Mr. Santosh Kumar Brahma, learned Additional Standing Counsel appears and waives issue of notice on behalf of Respondent No.1, learned counsel for the Appellant is requested to serve one extra copy of the Appeal memo in the Office of learned Advocate General within three working days for obtaining necessary instructions.

4. It is submitted by Mr. Amit Prasad Bose, learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant that requisites for issuance of notice to the Respondents have already been filed in the Registry on 24.03.2025.

5. Registry may proceed to issue of notice to Respondent No.2 by Registered Post/Speed Post with A.D. fixing returnable date.

6. List this matter on 25.04.2025.

7. Issue notice as above.

8. Accept one set of process fee.

9. As an interim measure, it is directed that effect of Judgment dated 21.01.2025 in L.A. Case No.17 of 2019 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jharsuguda shall not be given till the next date.
