 06.        1.      This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement

(video conferencing/physical mode).

2. Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

3. Though the Appellant has filed several prisoner's petition but the latest one is dated 06.11.2024 in which he has made a prayer to engage Mr. Saroj Kumar Padhi, as his Advocate.

4. Mr. Padhi has already filed Vakalatnama before this Court and he is present in Court. The Vakalatanama is accepted. Accept the name of Mr. Saroj Kumar Padhi and his Associates. The names of other counsel shall not be reflected in the Cause-List henceforth.

5. Let the copies of the depositions, prisoner's petition, judgment copies and evidence copies of all the witnesses be supplied to the learned counsel for the Appellant in his pen-drive.

6. List this matter in the week commencing from 02.12.2024.

7. Learned counsel for the State is directed to obtain custody certificate in the meantime.
