02. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. In filing this Writ Petition, the Petitioner serving as an

MPHW (F) in Badachhak Sub Centre under the CHC,

Jemadeipetha, has sought for a direction from this Court to

the Opposite Parties for opening her GPF account as per the

provision of the old O.C.S (Pension) Rules, 1992 and existing

GPF (O) Rules. The Petitioner has also sought for a direction

from this Court to the Opposite Parties for treating her to be

governed under the old OCS (Pension) Rules, 1992 keeping

in view the orders/judgments under Annexures-6, 6, 8 & 9.

3. In such view of the matter, let notice be issued to the

Opposite Parties.

4. Learned counsel for the State waives of notice on behalf of

Digitally Signed the Opposite Party Nos.1 to 5. Let five spare copies of the
