07. 1. Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellant-
husband and submits, impugned is judgment dated 10th March, 2015 of
the Family Court dismissing his client's petition for dissolution of the
marriage. Specific grounds of cruelty and desertion were made out in
the petition and proved at trial. The judgment is erroneous and be
reversed in appeal.
2. Mr. Samantaray, learned advocate appears on behalf of
respondent-wife and opposes the appeal.
