03. 1. Mr. Nanda, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellant-

appellant wife and Mr. Mishra, for respondent-husband.

2. On query from Court Mr. Mishra submits, the marriage was dissolved by the Family Court on impugned judgment dated 27th February, 2023.

2023 Grounds were cruelty and desertion.

3. The lower Court record being available, we looked at the petition. Cursory perusal of it reveals allegation that respondent-wife respondent

was talking on the telephone and she said, with boyfriends boyfriend she had prior to her marriage.

4. Mr. Mishra prays for adjournment to demonstrate pleading and proof of cruelty and desertion.

5. List on 26th June, 2024.
