Byomakesh Tripathy, learned counsel for the petitioner had

prays four weeks' time to file the certified copy of the impugned

judgment and order dated 19.07.2023 passed by the learned

Additional District and Sessions Judge (LR & LTV), Cuttack in

Criminal Appeal No. 24 of 2023. Time had been granted till

22.04.2024 for filing the certified copy of the impugned

judgment.

3. As no counsel has appeared on behalf of the petitioner and

the certified copy of the impugned judgment has not been filed,

the Criminal Revision is dismissed.

4. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper

application.
