2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. Mr. K.K. Rath, learned counsel for O.P. Nos.1 to 3 contended that the order of the tribunal has already been complied with and the opposite parties have been extended with the benefits in terms of the judgment of this Court in the case of State of Orissa and another vs. Bihari Lal & Others in W.P.(C) No.2831 of 2016 disposed of on 27.06.2016.

4. In view of the above, nothing more remains adjudicated in this writ petition which is accordingly disposed of.
