1. This matter has been listed under the heading for "to be

mentioned".

2. This application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. has been

filed in connection with 2(a).C.C Case No. 21 of 2023 corresponding

to P.R. Case No. 96 of 2023-24 of Sadar Excise Station Balangir

pending in the Court of the learned Sessions Judge- cum-Special

Judge, Balangir under Section - 20(b)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act.

3. The case had been heard and reserved for orders on

19.03.2024. While perusing the record, typographical errors were

detected in order dated 19.03.2024, for which it became necessary to

list the case today for correction of the errors.

4. In paragraph 1 of order dated 19.03.2024, the case details have

been typed incorrectly. Hence paragraph 1 shall be substituted by the

following paragraph :

"This application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. has been filed in connection with 2(a).C.C Case No. 21 of 2023 corresponding to P.R. Case No. 96 of 2023-24 of Sadar Excise Station Balangir pending in the Court of the learned Sessions Judge- cum-Special Judge, Balangir under Section - 20(b)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act."

5. The corrected order be uploaded in the website.

6. Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted a

copy of the decision of this Court passed in BLAPL No. 1400 of

2024 on 20.06.2024, which he submits has been passed on similar

facts and similar point of law.

7. Hearing is concluded.

8. Judgment is reserved.
