03. 1. The Appellants-Petitioners by filing this application has prayed for grant of bail.

2. Heard learned Counsel for the Appellants-Petitioners and learned Counsel for the Respondent-State.

3. Considering the submissions made and on going through the impugned judgment of conviction as also the depositions of the material witnesses; further viewing the surrounding circumstances as the Appeal is not likely to be heard and disposed of so soon; I am inclined to direct for suspension of execution of sentence imposed upon this Appellants-Petitioners (Arif Quresi, Chand @ Bashir Ahmad Quresi and Sitara Bano) in connection with Sessions Trial No.26/4 of 2020-2021 (E-Registration No.26 of 2020) by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sundargarh till disposal of this Appeal and the Appellants-Petitioners be released on bail pending disposal of this Appeal.

Accordingly, it is directed that the Appellants-Petitioners be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sundargarh pending disposal of this Appeal.

4. The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
