09. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Mr. M.K. Mohapatra, learned Counsel for the Appellant submits, the case of the present Appellant is squarely covered by the judgment of the referral court dated 09.01.2018 passed in L.A.R. No.164 of 2017 so also judgment dated 27.01.2018 passed in L.A.R. No.161 of 2017, which have been annexed to the memorandum of appeal as Annexures-2 & 3 respectively.

3. Mr. B. Panigrahi, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State-Respondent prays for some time to take instruction as to whether the said two judgments passed in L.A.R No.164 of 2017 & L.A.R. No.161 of 2017 have been implemented or any Appeal has been preferred by the State against those two

judgments. Prayer for adjournment is allowed.

4. Matter be listed in the week commencing from 15th July, 2024, as prayed for.
