2. This application has been filed by the Appellant for condonation of delay of 88 days in preferring the Writ Appeal.

3. Heard Mr. Dayananda Mohapatra, learned Counsel appearing for the Appellants and Ms. Deepali Mahapatra, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent.

4. Considering the grounds taken in the application, delay in filing the writ appeal is condoned.

5. I.A. is, accordingly, disposed of.

04. 1. Ms. Deepali Mahapatra, learned Counsel appearing for the

Respodent contended that the case of the Respondent is covered by the judgment of this Court in Premalata Panda v. State of Odisha & Another, 2015(II) OLR-214. As such, challening the said judment, the State had preferred SLP before the Apex Court, which has been dismissed.

2. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ appeal. Accordingly, the wrti appeal stands dismissed.
