3. Taking into consideration the submission of Mr. Tripathy, learned counsel that the Petitioner is paying a sum of Rs.7,000/- (Rupees seven thousand) per month as maintenance to the Opposite Parties pursuant to the direction in MATA

No.220 of 2022 pending before this Court, as an interim measure, it is directed that there shall be stay operation of the judgment dated 18th July, 2023 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda in Cr.P. No. 56 of 2022 till the next date.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
