No.220 of 2022 pending before this Court, as an interim measure, it is directed that there shall be stay operation of the judgment dated 18th July, 2023 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda in Cr.P. No. 56 of 2022 till the next date.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
