14. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned Counsel for the Parties.

3. This application has been filed by the Petitioner for correction of the judgment dated 19th December, 2023 passed in W.P.(C) No.21215 of 2019, as detailed below:

(i) In the 1st line of page 6, the date "02.04.2015" be substituted by the date "02.04.2019".

(ii) In paragraph-15 at 1st line of the judgment at page 25, the word "PwD Act" be substituted by the word "RPwD Act".

(iii) In paragraph-25 at 8th line the word "Blind" be substituted by the word "Blind/Low vision".

(iv) In paragraph-28 at 2nd line of the judgment, the word "Blind" be substituted by the word "Blind/Low vision".

(v) In paragraph-34 at 2nd line of the judgment at page 47, the date "02.04.2019" be substituted by the date "19.12.2018".

(vi) In paragraph 34 at 9th line of the judgment at page 48, the line "Hence, this Court of further view" be substituted by the line "Hence, this Court is of further view".

4. Mr. Panigrahi, learned ASC for the State Opposite Party Nos. 1 to 6 submits, he has no objection to the prayer made in this I.A., the corrections sought for being formal in nature. Considering the averments made in the Application, the mistakes pointed out therein being minor omissions and typographical errors, the Application is allowed and disposed of.

5. Accordingly, necessary corrections be carried out in the judgment dated 19th December, 2023, as proposed in the I.A. The rest part of the judgment dated 19th December, 2023 shall remain unaltered.

6. The corrected judgment be uploaded in place of existing judgment, which is in the website of this Court.
