2. 1. Mr. Nayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant/
appellant-wife. He submits, his client is aggrieved by judgment dated
31st January, 2023 of the family Court allowing the petition of
respondent-husband for restitution of conjugal rights. The appeal was
presented on reported delay of 49 days. He submits, the application for
condonation of delay be allowed and the appeal admitted.
2. Mr. Bahali, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent-
wife and submits, his client wants to use objection to the application.
