01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. This is a Criminal Leave Petition seeking leave to the appeal against the judgment of acquittal recorded on 25.09.2004 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.2, Bhubaneswar in S.T. Case No. 147/18/2003 wherein the learned trial Court has acquitted the opposite parties of the charge U/Ss. 302/34 of the IPC, but it appears that the Criminal Leave to Appeal against acquittal U/S 302 is normally placed before the Division Bench.
3. In such view of the matter, the Registry is requested to verify the assignment and place the record accordingly.
