06. 1. Learned counsel for the appellants is present.
2. Mr. Kalpataru Panigrahi, learned counsel appears for respondent No.3 and files a Vakalatnama in the Court today, which is accepted and taken on record.
3. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 is also present. Since the liability is saddled with the Insurance Company-appellant and the same is challenged on the ground that the helper deceased is not covered by the insurance policy, since the same is to be borne by the owner of the vehicle and in support of such claim, learned counsel for the appellant is to rely on some judgments of the Apex Court, on such ground, an adjournment is prayed for, which is hereby allowed.
