11. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Learned Counsel for the parties are present.
3. Ms. Naidu, learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1 files objection to I.A. No.138 of 2022 after serving copy of the same on the learned Counsel for the Appellant so also Applicant-Intervenor. The same be kept on record.
4. Learned Counsel for the Applicant-Intervenor, relying of the order dated 27.09.2022 passed in I.A. No.139 of 2022 (arising out of LAA No.47 of 2022) passed by this Court submits, prayer made in the application for intervention is identical to the said case, wherein this Court allowed the application for leave of the Applicant-Intervenor to prefer the Appeal, though it was not a party to the judgment passed by the court below in the said case.
5. Ms. Naidu prays for an adjournment to examine as to whether prayer made in the application for intervention can be allowed based on the said order passed in LAA No.47 of 2022.
6. Matter be listed in the week commencing from 15th January, 2024, as prayed for.
