1. This appeal has been filed challenging the judgment dated 14.07.2023 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Angul in Civil Proceeding No. 59 of 2021 dissolving the marriage between the parties by a decree of divorce but declining to award permanent alimony in favour of the appellant on the ground that she is being paid monthly maintenance in a proceeding under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. The appellant does not challenge the decree of divorce but has challenged the judgment and decree for not awarding permanent alimony.

2. Issue notice on the question of admission to the sole respondent on the point of payment of permanent alimony by Registered Post with A.D returnable within four weeks, requisites for which shall be filed by 18.09.2023.
