03. 1. Mr. Sarangi, learned senior advocate appears on behalf of

petitioner and submits, impugned is judgment dated 29th March, 2023,

by which his client's candidature, returned as elected, has been set

aside on disqualification. He submits, his client was not given proper

opportunity of hearing and hence, there should be restoration of the

election petition, to the Collector.
