This appeal has been filed by the appellant, challenging the judgment dated 05.05.2023 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara in Civil Proceeding No. 233 of 2022 dismissing the application of the appellant-husband filed under Section 13(1) (i-a)(i-b) of the Hindu Marriage Act read with Section 7 of the Family Court Act.

2. Heard Mr. M.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the appellant.

3. Issue notice on the question of admission to the sole respondent by Registered Post with A.D. returnable within four weeks. Requisites shall be filed by 13.09.2023.
