                              3.          1.        This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Judgment dated 4th October, 2019 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda in Criminal Petition No.31 of 2018 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.8,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.7,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.2 from the date of filing of the application, i.e., from 20th January, 2018.

3. Mr. Sahu, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM. Memo is taken on record.

4. In view of the memo filed, the RPFAM is dismissed for non-prosecution.
