relying upon the order dated 10.10.2023 passed in W.P.(C) No.32940 of

2023 Banashree Nayak vs. State of Orissa and others and submits that his

client's case is squarely covered by the said order.

5. Mr. Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate seeks time to

verify this aspect and inform the Court as to whether the case of the

petitioner is covered by the said judgment or not.
