01. 1. Mr. Ratha, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant-

appellant (husband). He submits, his client seeks to prefer appeal

against judgment dated 30th June, 2023 of the family Court dismissing

his client's civil proceeding for dissolution of marriage. Application

has been made for condonation of the delay. It be allowed and the

appeal admitted.

2. We find reported delay is 7 days.

3. Issue notice along with this order on the application and appeal

by registered post/speed post with A.D. Accept one set of process fee.

Applicant will put in requisites.
