02. 1. Mr. Mohapatra, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellant-wife. He submits, there is outstanding defect of incorrect number of category given in zero page of the petition. He prays for leave to correct it.

2. The leave is granted. The correction to be made in Court, to be countersigned by Court Master.

3. After the correction has been incorporated Mr. Mohapatra submits, his client is aggrieved by judgment dated 27th July, 2023 of the family Court dissolving the marriage. The appeal has been filed in time. He prays for interim stay of impugned judgment pending hearing of the appeal.

4. Appellant will put in requisites for issuance of notice of appeal. Lower Court records be called for.

5. Impugned judgment will remain stayed till disposal of the appeal. I.A. no.352 of 2023 is disposed of.

6. Mr. Mohapatra submits, his client does not want to press I.A. no.367 of 2023. It is dismissed.

7. List on 22nd November, 2023.
