5. The petitioner filed this CRLREV challenging the

judgment dated 08.08.2023 passed in Criminal Appeal

No.07 of 2022 by the learned 2nd Additional Sessions

Judge, Rourkela in enhancing the quantum of interim

maintenance passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Rourkela in

Misc. Case No.178 of 2020. The petitioner is aggrieved by

the enhancement of the maintenance from Rs.10,000/-

(Rupees ten thousand) to Rs.17,000/-(Rupees Seventeen

Thousand).

6. In such view of the matter, let notice be issued to

the sole Opposite Party by Regd. Post with A.D./Speed

Post making it returnable on 14th November, 2023.

Requisites shall be filed within three working days from

today.

7. List this matter on 16th November, 2023.
