2. Petitioner, in this CMP seeks to assail the judgment dated 27th June, 2023 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Senior Civil Judge, Umerkote in CS No.43 of 2016.

3. Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the CMP to avail the remedy under CPC.

4. Accordingly, the CMP is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. Certified copy of Annexure-1 shall be returned to learned counsel for the Petitioner on substitution of attested photocopy thereof.
