02. 1. Mr. Patnaik learned advocate appears on behalf of appellant-wife

and Mr. Tripathy learned advocate for respondent-husband.

2. Impugned is judgment dated 23rd June, 2023. The appeal has been

listed under heading 'for orders' due to omission, inter alia, on service.

Service has been made and the appeal is now ready for hearing.

3. Mr. Tripathy points out, his client had already tendered two cheques

of Rs.10,000/- each drawn in favour of appellant-wife. He hands up

another cheque for Rs.10,000/-. He submits, the cheques are for

maintenance of the child incurred during August, September and October,

2023. All the cheques remain valid as on date. On query from Court, Mr.

Pattanaik submits, he will accept same on behalf of his client, without

prejudice to her rights and contentions.

4. Let the cheques be detached and handed over to Mr. Pattanaik on

copies of them made and kept in the record. Respondent-husband has

acknowledgement of receipt by record in our order.

5. List on 16th November, 2023.
