2. None appeared for the appellant when the matter was called.

Even though the present appeal has been filed challenging the judgment dt.04.07.2011 passed by the Presiding Officer, State Education Tribunal in Education Appeal No.47 of 2009, but till date, defects as pointed out by the S.R have not yet been removed nor any application seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal has been filed.

4. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the appeal and the same is accordingly dismissed.
