2. Heard Mr.C. Nayak, learned counsel appearing for the appellant.

Even though the present appeal has been challenging the judgment dt.18.06.2002 passed by the Presiding Officer, State Education Tribunal in Appeal NOs.20 & 21 of 1999, but till date, copy of the impugned judgment has not been filed nor defects as pointed out by the S.R have been removed on the face of the order passed by this Court on 16.02.2018.

4. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the appeal and the same is accordingly Signature Not Verified dismissed.
