2. Heard Mr.S.D. Routray, learned counsel appearing for the appellant.

Even though the present appeal has been challenging the judgment dt.24.09.2011 passed by the Presiding Officer, State Education Tribunal in G.I.A Case No.300 of 2009, but till date, defects as pointed out by the S.R have not yet been removed on the face of the order passed by this Court on 20.07.2012 nor notice has been issued to the respondents in the appeal.
