2. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr.P.K. Sahoo, learned counsel appearing for the appellant.

3. Even though the present appeal has been challenging the judgment dt.28.09.2011 passed by the Presiding Officer, State Education Tribunal in G.I.A Case No.314 of 2009, but till date, defects as pointed out by the S.R have not yet been removed nor notice has been issued to respondents in the appeal.

4. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the appeal and the same is accordingly dismissed.
