02. 1. Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of
appellant-husband. He submits, impugned is judgment dated
31st January, 2023, refusing to dissolve the marriage. It was an
arranged marriage. There was deception. His client discovered
physical ailment of respondent-wife seven days into the
marriage. Purported ground for refusing to dissolve the
marriage was erroneous finding that his client failed to take
steps for treatment of respondent-wife.
2. Mr. Pradhan, learned advocate appears on behalf of
respondent-wife and files his power.
