            03.                1.      Mr. Baral, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellant. He

submits, his client is maternal grandmother of minor girl. Her daughter died in suspicious circumstances. She sought custody and visitation right, rejected by impugned judgment dated 25 th April, 2023 passed by the Family Court. The appeal has been filed in time.

2. Appellant will put in requisites for issuance of notice of appeal. Call for the lower Court record (LCR).
