3. The copy of the calculation sheet, prepared by Dr. Archana Kanungo, the Petitioner who appears in person, has already been served on Ms. Sumitra Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for the OPSC. Ms. Mohanty, learned counsel also files the copy of the letter dated 7th October, 2023 of the Special Secretary-cum-OSD indicating the marks secured by the Petitioner in the Graduation and post-Graduation examinations. The same is taken on record. A copy of such communication is also served on the Petitioner in the Court.
