08. 1. Mr. Behera, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner-

workman. He submits, impugned is judgment dated 30th April, 2016

made in I.D. Case no.28 of 2015.

2. On query from Court he submits, his client worked under

opposite parties 5a and 5b, in Baripada. Said opposite parties looked

after operation of opposite party no.5. The record bears postal articles

addressed to said opposite parties, returned with postal endorsement

'unclaimed'.

3. We presume good service on opposite parties 5a and 5b.

However, for abundant caution on petitioner prosecuting the writ

petition for adjudication, we direct issuance of notice along with this

order on opposite party no.5. Petitioner will put in requisites. Registry

will obtain track report without waiting for return of AD card.
