The following substantial question of law is formulated i.e. <Whether the judgment and decree of declaration of title of the Plaintiff-Respondent over the suit land against the State is sustainable under law when the suit has been filed much after three years of the publication of the R.O.R. and the kisam of the suit land is gramya jungle?=

5. L.C.R. be called for.

6. The Appellants are directed to serve the copy of the Appeal memo on the learned counsel for the Respondent.

7. List this matter on 23.11.2023 for hearing, if in the meantime Xerox copy of the L.C.R. will have been received.
