2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is present and submits, impugned is order dated 11.04.2023 passed in MAC Case No.97 of 2017, vide which the petition of his client was rejected. The Petition filed by the Petitioner under section 152 of CPC seeking correction of the Policy Number in the judgment stood rejected.

4. Issue notice on the question of admission indicating there in that the matter is likely to be disposed of at the stage of admission.

5. Requisites for issuance of notice to Opposite Parties by Registered Post/ Speed Post with A.D. be filed by 09.10.2023. On filing of requisites, notice be issued to the said Opposite Parties fixing a short returnable date.

6. Matter be listed in the week commencing from 6th November, 2023 under the heading "Fresh Admission".

7. Traking reports be kept on record before the next date of listing.
