Order No. 20.11.2023 01. This matter is taken up through Hybrid

Registry has pointed out that there is a delay of three hundred seventy five days delay in filing this Jail Criminal Appeal.
After hearing the learned counsel for the State and since it is a case where the appellant has been imposed substantive sentence for his conviction, I am inclined to condone the delay in filing the Jail Criminal Appeal.
